I am Kuram Gwakyaa, an award-winning sustainability leader, writer and public speaker. My writing explores sustainability, culture, identity, social behaviour, and the gap between what societies claim to value and how they actually behave.

I believe sustainability is not about distant ambitions or corporate commitments alone. It is about empowering people, influencing behaviour, and delivering measurable action where it matters most.

As an award-winning sustainability leader, Chartered Environmentalist, author, and founder of Sustainability Loft, I have spent more than fifteen years helping organisations transform sustainability from a strategic aspiration into an operational reality. My work combines sustainability, social value, compliance, quality, and organisational transformation to create solutions that deliver lasting environmental, social, and business outcomes.
